Roscel Asuncion

Roscel joined Third Sphere in July 2022 as an Executive Administrative Assistant, energised by building the behind-the-scenes systems that keep a globally distributed investment team running smoothly. She treats operations as “connective tissue”: calendar orchestration, thoughtful written communications, and sharing ideas for process improvements so the team can focus on climate-tech investing and founder support.

Before Third Sphere, Roscel honed her knack for turning chaos into clarity as a Support Specialist at a stealth-mode tech start-up (2019 – 2022). Earlier, she drove customer-experience excellence at scale, coaching 12-15 escalation agents as Team Leader at Hinduja Global Solutions (2014 – 2019) and guiding workflow quality as a Supervisor at SPi Global (2004 – 2014).

She earned a B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of the East, grounding her work in crisp storytelling, public speaking, and humane collaboration.

Based in the Philippines, Roscel is passionate about continuous process improvement, seamless knowledge-sharing across time zones, and crafting friction-free experiences for colleagues and partners. Off the clock, she’s a proud mother of two who loves feeding family and friends with home-cooked comfort food.
